Create a ticket to report a critical event in Critical Event Management as an employee.
Before you begin
Role required: sn_critical.user
Procedure

Log in to the Employee Center.

Navigate to .

Select Report Emergency.

In the form, fill in the
fields,

Choose to submit the report immediately or later.
- To submit the report immediately, select Submit.
- To save the report to change and submit later, select Save as Draft.
