Manage the recipients of a communication task

  • Add or edit the list of recipients for various communication tasks.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_critical.agent

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Health and Safety Workspace and select the Critical Event Management tab.
    2. Open the critical event.
    3. Select the Notification center tab and then select the Manage recipients button.
    4. In the Communication plan drop-down menu, select the communication task for which you want to manage recipients.
    5. In the form, fill in the fields.

      Field Description
      Add recipient User, group, or recipient list who receives the communication task.
      Designate role Role that is assigned the user, group, or recipient listed in the Add recipient field.
      Audience List of potentially impacted people or important people who receives the communication task.
    6. Select Save.
      Note:
      You can also open the Manage recipients form by selecting the More actions icon (More actions icon) on the communication task.
