Configure Twilio to send SMS notifications

    • To enable the SMS feature for sending notifications, configure the Twilio telephony service.

    To use SMS in addition to email as a communication channel, configure Twilio for SMS. For more information on configuring Twilio, see Configure Notify with Twilio.
    Note:
    • The system uses employee information from the organization's [sys_user] table to pull contact numbers.
    • Enable Twilio Notify bulk SMS.
