Cancel an internal review task

    • As a contract fulfiller, cancel a review task irrespective of its state.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_cm_core.contract_fulfiller

    Procedure

    1. Open the review task from workspace that you are using.

      1. Navigate to All > Contract Workspace.
      2. Click the list icon (List icon).
      3. Select Review tasks > All
      4. Open the review task from the list

      1. Navigate to All > Contract Workspace.
      2. Select Review task card.
      3. Open the review task from the list

      1. Navigate to your workspace.
      2. Open the list that displays the review tasks.
      3. Open the review task from the list.
      Reviews tab
      1. Navigate to Contract Workspace or your workspace.
      2. Open a contract requests.
      3. Select Reviews tab.
    2. Select Cancel review.
      Cancel internal review taskIf you have selected Cancel review from the Reviews tab, select the review task to be canceled in the pop-up window.
    3. In the Comments field, enter information for canceling the request
    4. Select Yes, cancel.

    Result

    • The review task is canceled and the cancellation comments appear in the Additional Comments section of the contract request.
    • When all the review tasks are cancelled or closed, the contract request State updates to Work in progress.
