Configure quick links in Agent Workspace for HR Case Management

  • Configure quick links to quickly access internal and external resources related to specific departments within your organization.

    Before you begin

    Employee Center Pro must be installed. For more information, see Install Employee Center Pro.

    Role required: sn_hr_agent_ws.admin and sn_hr_core.basic

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Content Publishing > Re-usable Components > Link Content.
    2. Create the link.
      1. Select New.
      2. On the form, fill in the fields.
      3. For the Load link in field, select Current page to load the link in the current portal page.
      4. Select Submit.
    3. Define when and where you want your content to be available.
    4. Map the link created above to the Quick link component in UI Builder.
