Configure HR Playbook activity overrides
Create optional activity overrides for the default behavior of activities in your HR playbook.
Before you begin
Note:
Activity overrides are affected by the system
property sn_hr_agent_ws.use_uib_playbook_card_config.
If this system property is true, Agent Workspace for HR Case Management Playbook Card Configurations are used, and it's activity overrides will apply. If this system property is false, which is the default value, Classic HR Service Delivery Agent Workspace Playbook Card Configurations are used, and it's activity overrides will apply.
