Configure HR Playbook activity overrides

  • Create optional activity overrides for the default behavior of activities in your HR playbook.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_hr_ws.admin
    Note:
    Activity overrides are affected by the system property sn_hr_agent_ws.use_uib_playbook_card_config.

    If this system property is true, Agent Workspace for HR Case Management Playbook Card Configurations are used, and it's activity overrides will apply. If this system property is false, which is the default value, Classic HR Service Delivery Agent Workspace Playbook Card Configurations are used, and it's activity overrides will apply.

    You can also access Playbook Activity Overrides from Playbook Experiences. See Configure HR Playbook Experiences.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Playbook Experience > Activity Overrides.
    2. Select an activity override or New.
      For information on the form fields, see Set up playbook activity overrides.
    3. After editing or creating, click Update or Submit.
