Add a workplace contract service in Workplace Central

    • Workplace contract services are the common services offered as part of the lease contract. You can add and track the services along with their associated costs.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_wsd_la.workplace_central_user, sn_wsd_la.manager or sn_wsd_la.admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Workplace Central.
    2. Select Lease Administration.
    3. Select the contract.
    4. In the Workplace Contract Services related list, click New.
    5. On the form, fill in the fields.

      Field Description
      Name Name of the contract service.
      Cost The currency and the cost of the contract service.
      Workplace Contract Name of the contract. The contract name is auto-filled.
      Workplace Contract Service type The Workplace Contract Service type. The available options are Parking, Janitorial, or Common Area Maintenance.
      Description Description of the contract service.
      Domain The domain for the service.
    6. Select Save.
