View user metrics related to Listening Posts surveys

    Before you begin

    • Role required: sn_lp.admin
    • Plugins required: Listening Posts [sn_lp], User Experience Analytics [com.glide.appsee], and Service Portal Analytics plugin [com.glide.service-portal.analytics]. For more information, see Integrating Listening Posts with User Experience Analytics.
    • Ensure that the application scope is set to Listening Posts. For more information, see Listening Posts.

    About this task

    The User Experience Analytics dashboard provides information about an employee's interaction with the Listening Posts My Survey and Listening Posts Take Survey widgets. For more information on widgets, see Widgets for Listening Posts.

    Note:
    On the User Experience Analytics dashboard, the data is updated 30 minutes after the actions are recorded on the Listening Posts survey widget.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to User Experience Analytics > Dashboard.
    2. On the User Experience Analytics dashboard, select Events in the left panel.
    3. Click Expand to the right of the names of the events relevant to survey widgets: Successful submissions at survey response and Unsuccessful attempts at survey response.
