| Title | Title of the content that is pulled from a third-party learning system. |
| Correlation ID | Unique identifier for the course item that is generated from an external system. |
| External source | Name of the external learning system that the course item is pulled from. |
| Active | Option that indicates that the course item is active and available to use. |
| Mobile deeplink | Deeplink that is generated from an external system. Deeplink enables you to navigate to a course from a native application. |
| URL | URL used to open the course item on an external system. |
| Description | Description of the course item that is pulled from an external learning system. |
| Type | Type of service (OnDemand Push or Scheduled Pull) that interacts with an external learning system. |
| Updated | Date and time when the course item was last updated. |
| Estimated duration | Estimate of the total time that is taken to complete the course item. |
