As a contract user or fulfiller, update and sync signatory details when the contract submission has failed, or contract document cannot be sent due to incomplete signatory information.  
Note:  
If you are using Contract Management Pro version 1.2.1 and the document is stored on your ServiceNow instance, signatories are automatically updated when you send the document for signature or resubmit the contract request.
