Complete the one time set up of pulling time offs from Workday into the ServiceNow application.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_hr_workday.admin

Configure the required reports for the Time Off request functionality. See [Configure reports HR Service Delivery Advanced Integration with Workday](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/8NF5Mr8rFukZU4v2UfMdRw#awd-config-re "Configure the necessary reports to pull data, such as time offs plans, time off reasons, holiday calendar WID, and work schedule calendar WID, from Workday into the ServiceNow tables.").

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllWorkday Advanced Use CasesTime Off RequestTime Off Types.
2. Click Import time off setup data.
3. Click Submit.

## What to do next

1. Navigate to Service CatalogCatalog DefinitionsContent Items.
2. Configure the URL of time off request page in Workday.
3. Open the Time Off Request -- Link to Workday record and modify the URL field.
4. Navigate to Employee Service Center. In the Catalog menu, open Benefits CategoryTime Off Request --Link to Workday. You are directed to the Workday Time Off request page.
