The ServiceNow® Journey designer application enables employees and managers in your organization to initiate and manage journeys to drive employee engagement and productivity.{#jny-dsgnr-landing-page__shortdesc-jny-dsgnr-landing}

Journey designer uses Journey Accelerator and Lifecycle Events to create a unified journey experience for employees and managers in the Employee Center. Journeys offer a unique user experience. In the back-end, records are created using Journey designer, Journey Accelerator, and Lifecycle Events components to pull together a customized journey for employees.
