Using the activity stream in Agent Workspace for HR Case Management

  • Use the activity stream section of Agent Workspace for HR Case Management to document work notes (private) or comments, respond to email, or view the state of the HR case.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_hr_core.case_writer

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > HR Case Management > Agent Workspace for HR Case Management.
    2. In the Compose section, select Comments (visible to subject person) or Work notes (not visible to subject person).
    3. Type your inputs in the space provided.
    4. Click Post Comments.
      Note:
      There is also a Comments/Worknotes section at the bottom, left side of the form. This section is turned off by default, but can be used to enter text by clicking the accordion icon (Accordion icon). After entering text, click Save.
