A PDF document template originates from a fillable PDF or a standard PDF with inline
signatures. Using the PDF document template, you can collect details and e-signatures from
multiple participants, review, and generate a filled PDF document.  
Important:  
You can create a PDF document template either:

* uploading a fillable, editable PDF document into the form.
* using a PDF from [Managed Documents](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/access?context=c_ManagedDocuments&version=xanadu&pubname=xanadu-servicenow-platform&ft:locale=en-US).
