Create achievement rules to define the criteria to be met to complete an
achievement.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_lep.achievement_manager

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllLearningAchievementsAchievement Rules.
2. Select New.
3. On the form, fill in the fields.

4. Select Submit.
