# Create custom opportunity details records in Opportunity Marketplace {#ariaid-title1}

You can customize the details for an opportunity type in Opportunity Marketplace.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllOpportunity MarketplaceOpportunity type configuration.
2. Select an existing Opportunity type.
3. Open an existing Opportunity details record.
   1. Select the information icon next to the Opportunity details field to preview the record.
   2. Select Open Record.

   You're taken to the Record Producer record for the opportunity roles and requirements.
4. Select Copy.  
   A copy of the record is created. Copying this record can take sometime.
5. When a copy of the record is available, update the following fields.  
   * Name
   * Short description
6. Review and update any other fields you want to change.
7. Select Update.

## What to do next

The copied (cloned) opportunity details record is available to select by opportunity owners.
