View a saved OSHA 300 and 300A form for an establishment.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_ohs_im.compliance_manager

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllHealth and SafetyHealth and Safety Workspace.  
   The Health and Safety Workspace opens in a new tab of the browser window.
2. Select the incident management icon (![Incident Management icon.]()).
3. In the Lists tab, under the Establishments list, select All.
4. Select an establishment record to open it.
5. In the Attachments section, select the required OSHA form PDF file to open it.
