Create a growth plan

Create a growth plan to give your career goals guidance and structure.

Before you begin

Role required: None

Growth plans are based on your individual needs and aspirations and help you make the most of your potential and reach your career goals.

Navigate to All > Self-Service > Employee Center.
At the Your Career drop-down list, select Growth plans.
Select the Create a growth plan button.
Select Get Started if this is your first time creating a growth plan.

Note:
If you have any open aspirations or recent conversations, they might be displayed as potential focus areas. If you don't have any open aspirations or conversations, you can build a plan from scratch by selecting Build a plan from scratch option.
Enter a plan name in Growth plan name.
Optional: Enter Description
Select the Next button.

Tip:
Creating a plan will start to process and find some activities for your plan.
Select the Next button.

Tip:
If learning and activities are installed, Growth plan might show some suggested learnings, or you can search learning to add things to your Growth plan.
Select Create plan

The draft growth plan is created and will be shared with your manager once the plan is launched.
