# Create workplace services

# Create workplace services {#ariaid-title1}

Create Workplace services like catering, office supply, parking, or any other service. Associate this service to a default general request template.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllWorkplace Case ManagementWorkplace Services..
2. On the workplace service form, fill in the fields:  
   * Service Name: Name of the workplace service. For example, Workplace cleaning.
   * Case table: Name of the case or request table. Select the Workplace Maintenance Case (sn_wsd_maintenance_case) table.
   * Fulfillment Type: Select Service Activity from the drop-down options.
   * Default Template: Default template for Workplace Maintenance Management. Search for the General maintenance request template using the lookup list icon (![Lookup list icon.]()).

3. Select Update.
