Use the Exam form to create an exam.

| Name | Name of the exam. |
| Catalog | Associated exam catalog. |
| Duration | Estimated time of the exam. |
| Reattempt wait time | Amount of wait time before a user can retake the exam. |
| State | Current state of the exam. |
| Owner | Person who owns the exam. |
| Active | Option for ensuring the use of the exam. |
| Description | Description of the contents of the exam. |
| Contents ||
| Instructions | Steps to follow while attempting the exam. |
| Pass message | Message that appears after successfully completing the exam. |
| Fail message | Message that appears when the taker fails to achieve the minimum score to pass the exam. |
| Results ||
| Passing percentage | Minimum percentage required to pass the exam. |
| Randomize questions | Option to allow questions to appear in random order. |
