Create a customized mentoring program that can be adopted by a mentee.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_ecn.mentoring_admin

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllMentoringPrograms.
2. Select New.
3. On the form, fill in the fields.

   | Field | Description |
   |-|-|
   | Name | Name of the program. |
   | Minimum duration | Minimum duration of the program in months. |
   | Default duration | Default duration of the program in months. |
   | State | State of the program. |
   | Maximum duration | Maximum duration of the program in months. |
