Enrolled Mentees can instantly view Mentor suggestions based on their enrollment preferences and also view additional match insights and mentor expertise to be able to choose an appropriate mentor.

## Before you begin

Enroll as a mentee. See [Enroll as a mentor or mentee](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/hqOfw7_ALJws5H9u0cnGow "Enroll as a mentor or mentee to learn from your peers in new ways.").

Add mentee preferences. See [Add mentee preferences](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/gLjqzRUmQ5_iGkqKwrvRUA "As a mentee, add your preferences to find the right mentor to guide you through your career.").

Role required: none

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllEmployee CenterYour careerMentoringOverview.
2. In the Suggested mentors section, view a list of relevant matches based on your preferences.
3. You can either connect with a suggested mentor or use the search option to search for other mentors.
