# View Credly badges

As an employee, sync external badges into your organization's Credly account and view them on your career profile.

## Before you begin

Role required: learning.user

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllEmployee Center.
2. In the Employee Center, navigate toProfileCareer.
3. Select the Achievements menu item and view your Credentials and badges.
4. Select Get credentials to import your credentials from the Credly application.
5. Select Refresh credentials to sync your organization's Credly account with the latest credentials in your Credly account.  
   Note:  
   * If you don't see your credentials, contact your admin to setup your Credly account.
   * To sync your external badges, see KB00010001.
