Administrators manage aspirations used by managers and employees.

| Field | Description |
|-|-|
| Aspiration type | Select for a list of aspirations available in your organization. Administrators create different Aspiration types. Here are some examples of types of aspirations. * General * Interest * Position * Skill |
| Comments | Comments can be added by you, or people you share your aspiration with. |
| Details | Details of the aspiration can help to keep you on track with the goals you have for the aspiration. |
| Employee | The employee profile number of the employee who created the aspiration. |
| Name | A descriptive name of your aspiration. |
| Shared with | Select from the list of people in your organization with who you can share your aspiration. |
| State | Use the state to track the stages of your aspiration. * Draft * In Progress * Completed * Archived |
| Timeframe | A general guiding time within which you plan to complete your aspiration. * Within the next six months * Within the next year * Within the next several years |
