The ServiceNow®
Manager Hub increases managers self-service and proactive engagement with their
team by providing insights and recommended actions for what's most urgent and important to drive
team success. It enables managers to grow as leaders through curated and personalised
resources.

Managers have a complex job that is to focus on achieving business outcomes, and also help
their employees develop and grow. Manager Hub helps reduce managers time,
energy, and actions and help them focus on things that will keep their team supported and
engaged.

Following are a few key features of Manager Hub:

## Engage with your team {#manager-hub-overview__section_dkx_chc_ttb}

Approve team requests and act immediately on any tasks that need your attention.

Have a better engagement with your team by staying informed on the upcoming team events,
such as employee birthdays, work anniversaries, or reminders on new hire joining dates.

View the time zones of employees across the globe. Be more conscious about the time the
meetings are scheduled or when certain requests are sent out to the team.

## Focus on your team needs {#manager-hub-overview__section_ovh_bj3_gtb}

Effectively manage a globally disbursed team with a mixture of direct reports, as well as
managers that have their own direct reports. Have an insight into data of all workers
including employees, interns, and contingent workers and the various transitions that they
may have.

Create and publish customized plans for key employee transitions, such as career growth,
internal mobility, promotions, using the Journey Accelerator templates. Automate the new
hire onboarding process using Journey Designer.

Understand where employees stand in the process of their journeys. Identify if any
cross-functional team requests are blocking productivity of your employees.

View historical trends and statistics about your team and organization. Get insight-based
suggestions on improving processes with tips and tools, or upcoming deadlines, or supporting
employee journeys better.

Find data visualizations about your team, their service requests, journeys, and
learnings.

Enhance your skills and grow as a people leader through materials and resources provided in
Manager Library.

Use resources on career development, leader enablement, hiring and transitions, employee
performance evaluation, upcoming managerial events, knowledge base articles and managerial
tools that help you work efficiently.

A Manager Hub administrator can configure fields, customize display text and icons suiting

A predefined set of configurations are also available to use after you have activated
