The Synchronization Health Dashboard enables ServiceNow customers to monitor reservation synchronization and calendar event processing within the Workplace Calendar Synchronization application. It provides real-time visibility into the number and status of events and calendar items created, helping administrators track synchronization health and identify any errors promptly.

Note that this dashboard has been migrated to Workplace Central. New customers use the updated dashboards there, while existing customers still have access to the old dashboards temporarily before deprecation.
Access and Roles
To access the dashboard, navigate to All > Workplace Central > Workplace Dashboards. The primary users are system administrators and Workplace Calendar Synchronization admins who need to oversee synchronization statuses. They require the snwsdrsvsync.admin role, which allows them to:
- View connection configurations and calendar providers
- Create, manage, and edit Reservable Sync Configurations
Key Visualizations and Metrics
The dashboard offers several data visualizations that provide insights into synchronization performance and errors:
- Total events today: Number of events created on the current day (single score).
- Calendar items generated today: Count of calendar items created today (single score).
- Breakdown of calendar items by type: Pie chart showing distribution of calendar item types.
- Calendar items generated over last 7 days: Time series chart tracking calendar item creation.
- Events processed over last 7 days: Time series chart showing event processing volume.
- Events yet to be processed: Current count of pending events (single score).
- Events in error in last 24 hours: Number of events with errors in the past day (single score).
- Breakdown of events in error over last 30 days: Pie chart categorizing error events.
- Events in error unable to be processed by provider over last 30 days: Time series of provider processing failures.
- Events in error not sent to provider over last 30 days: Time series of errors preventing event dispatch.
- List of all events in error state over last 30 days: Detailed list of individual error events for troubleshooting.
