1. The legal administrator enables intake forms for ServiceNow for Legal add-in.
2. The legal request fulfiller perform the following actions:
   1. Selects an email in Microsoft Outlook for which legal request needs to be submitted.
   2. Opens Microsoft Outlook Add-In for Legal Service Delivery.
   3. Logs into Microsoft Outlook Add-In for Legal Service Delivery.
   4. Selects option to submit a new request.
   5. Fills in the required information and submits the legal request.
