The field descriptions provide a reference point when you're creating a request source.

| Field | Description |

| Title | Title of the request source to understand the type. |
| Description | Short description of the request source. |
| Table | Source table for the request type. |
| Application | Scope of the request source |
| All portals | Option to apply the request source to all your portals. |
| Filter | Add filter condition: Add a filter condition to the request source. |
| Filter | Add OR Clause: Add an OR clause to the filter condition. |
| Filter | Add Sort: Add a sorting clause to the filter condition. |
| Title field | Title of the request shown on the request card in the portal. |
| Description field | Description type to be shown on the request card in the portal. Note: The maximum number of description type supported is two. |
| Portal page | Page where you are redirected when you click on the request card in the portal. |
| Active | Selected Option to mark the request source record active. |
