Create your own connection and credential alias for Microsoft Exchange Online
Configure your own connection and credential alias for Microsoft Exchange Online if you do not want to use the default connection and credential aliases provided by the application.
Before you begin
Set up OAuth connection with Microsoft Exchange Online
Ensure that the application scope is set to Microsoft Exchange Online Spoke. Otherwise, do the following:
- Select the Application scope icon (
) on the top-right corner of your Employee Center homepage.
- In the drop- down, select the option consisting Application scope:.
- In the filter navigator, search and select Microsoft Exchange Online Spoke.
- Refresh the page.

About this task
Create your own connection and credential alias, if you do not want to use the default alias. If you want to use the default alias, refer to Configure Connection and credential alias for Microsoft Exchange Online using the default credentials and connections.

The connection and credential record is created with specified credentials and connections.
