Collaboration services for Zoom helps employees to
interact with agents and resolve their IT-related issues from within  the Zoom
application.

Collaboration services for Zoom offers the following
capabilities:

* Allows agents and employees to collaborate to resolve a ticket.
* Enables agents to initiate a Zoom Team Chat with an employee from a task record.
* Enables agents to import the Zoom Team Chat transcript back to the task record as a comment.
* Enables employees with specific permissions to view Zoom Team Chat from a task record.
