Submit a complaint through the Legal Service Portal to report a violation
incident for investigation and resolution.

Role required: sn_lg_ops.legal_user{#submit-complaint-legal-svc-portal__p_tng_nfg_h1c}

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllLegal RequestLegal Service Portal.
2. Search for a legal service request to file a complaint, such as ethics complaint, or click Service Catalog to view all available request categories.
3. Select the Ethics Requests category from the Categories pane.
4. Click Ethics Complaints to submit a request.
5. On the Ethics Complaints form, fill in the fields.
6. To add an involved party, click Add in the Involved Parties section.
   1. On the Add Row dialog box, fill in the fields.  
      For a description of the field values, see [Ethics complaints intake form](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/AK95Zj0PGxhhmeXBnRzAdA "Employees can use the Ethics Complaints intake form to report an ethics violation incident.").
   2. Click Add.

   The involved party record appears in the Involved Parties list on the Ethics Complaints intake form. {#submit-complaint-legal-svc-portal__step-inv-party-5}

7. Click Submit.
