# Cancel a Legal Content Review request

# Cancel a Legal Content Review request {#ariaid-title1}

Cancel a Legal Content Review request irrespective of its state.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_lg_ops.legal_user

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllLegal RequestLegal Service Portal.
2. Select View all from the My Requests panel.
3. Open your submitted Legal Content Review request.
4. From the Actions menu, select Cancel Request.
5. In the Confirm request cancellation dialog box, provide the reason for the cancellation in the Comments field.
6. Select Confirm Cancellation.  
   The request is canceled and the cancellation comments appear in the Additional Comments section of the request.

   Any
   associated active flows are terminated.
