    Workplace Services Kiosk overview

    Customize Workplace Services Kiosk to suit the needs of employees and visitors. Visitors can autonomously check in, check out, self-register, and make workplace reservations on the kiosk map. Efficient visitor check-in process reduces wait times and long queues during busy or peak hours. Visitors can use invitation sent by employees. They can check in or check out using a pass code, name, email, or phone number. Employees can use the Workplace Visitor Management feature to send invites to visitors and receive notification when a visitor checks-in using the kiosk. Workplace Services Kiosk offers following capabilities:

    User Description
    Kiosk Administrator Kiosk administrators can configure kiosk devices, create kiosk pages. As an admin, you can link the kiosk pages to a configuration.
    Kiosk Operator Kiosk Operators can set up or bind a physical device by linking it to kiosk device configurations.
    Visitor Visitors can check in, check out, or self-register by using a kiosk device.
    Employee (Host) Employees can send invites to visitors using the Workplace Visitor Management feature. Employees can choose to be notified through email or Virtual Agent when the visitor checks in.
