Use Guided Tours in Document Templates to get instructions on how to create a document template.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_doc.admin or sn_doc.writer

## About this task

Guided Tours help train and onboard users within the workspace. Each tour is designed to provide an overview, guide you through a task, or complete a process. If needed, administrators can create more tours. For more
information, see [Guided tours](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/access?context=guided-tours&version=xanadu&pubname=xanadu-platform-user-interface&ft:locale=en-US).

When you visit a page that has a guided tour for the first time, a welcome screen appears. You can choose to either begin the tour or skip the tour. The tour can be revisited from the Help Center menu.

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllDocument TemplatesAll Document Templates.
2. Select New.
3. Select one of the following templates:
   * HTML Document Template
