Properties control how skills approvals are managed and whether Skills Foundation is used.

## Property to control manager skill approvals in Growth plans

* Select no to skip approvals.
* Select optional to recommend approval. Optional approvals aren't required.
* Select required to create required approvals.

## Set all activities to ready when Growth plans are launched

Select the check box to set the property to Yes. When the property is set to yes, all activities in the growth plan are automatically set to the ready state.
