Submit a safety incident or observation to report it your organization's safety
department.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_ohs_im.requestor

## Procedure

1. Open the Now Mobile app on your mobile device.
2. In the navigation bar, tap Safety.
3. In the Browse from all topics section on the page, tap a topic to open category items.
   * To report an incident, tap Safety incident and then tap Report Health and Safety Incident.
   * To report an observation, tap Observations and then tap Report Health and Safety Observation.

4. Fill in the fields.
5. Tap Submit.  
   A confirmation message with the incident or observation number appears on the screen.
6. **Optional:** Tap the incident or observation number to review it or update any fields.
7. Tap Close to return to the list of safety topics.
