# Assign Learning to your team

As a manager, assign Learning to your team members to enhance their skills.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_lc.learning_manager

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllEmployee CenterMy LearningAssigned to your team.
2. Select Assign learning.
3. On the form, fill in the fields:

   | Field | Description |
   |-|-|
   | Assign this Learning to | Learner who the learning is assigned to. |
   | Assigned material | Learning material to be assigned to the assignee. |
   | Assignment description | Reason for assigning this Learning to the learner. |
   | Due by | Date that the Learning is due. |

4. Select Assign.
