Activate the content pack ServiceNow Store application for the Analytics and
Reporting Solution.

## Before you begin

Activate the full, subscription version of Performance Analytics on the instance where you are activating this Platform Analytics Solution. You can activate Performance Analytics on a non-production instance without purchasing a subscription. For more information, see [Activate your Performance Analytics subscription](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/access?context=c_PremiumPerformanceAnalytics&version=xanadu&pubname=xanadu-now-intelligence&ft:locale=en-US).

Review the [Performance Analytics Content Pack for Legal Service Delivery](https://store.servicenow.com/sn_appstore_store.do#!/store/application/7c8ec9b21837b010fa9b661eb110eaf1)
application listing in the ServiceNow Store for information on
dependencies, licensing or subscription requirements, and release compatibility.

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllSystem ApplicationsAll ApplicationsServiceNow Store.
2. Browse for Performance Analytics Content Pack for Legal Service Delivery and verify that you have the necessary valid entitlements.  
   You need a HI account and permission to request applications for the
   instances under consideration. The HI account and the instance need to be
   part of the same company. For more information, see [Install a ServiceNow Product](https://store.servicenow.com/sn_appstore_store.do#!/store/help?article=KB0030186) on
   the ServiceNow Store.
3. Search for <kbd class="ph userinput">Performance Analytics Content Pack for Legal Service Delivery</kbd>.
4. Install the application.
