# Set up a safety inspection schedule

# Set up a safety inspection schedule {#ariaid-title1}

Set up an inspection schedule to create a safety inspection at a future date, or to schedule recurring safety inspections, such as daily or weekly, or monthly at once.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_hs_rm.safety_inspection_manager and sn_hs_rm.inspection_schedule_writer

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllHealth and SafetyHealth and Safety Workspace.
2. Select the risk management icon (![Risk assessment icon]()).
3. Select the Inspection schedules list and then All.
4. Select New to create an inspection schedule.
5. On the form, fill in the fields.  
   Enter inspection details and the duration. 6. Select Save.  
   The Scheduled inspection related item and the Create inspections button appear for this record.
7. **Optional:** In Scheduled inspection related item of the record, open a scheduled inspection and add Findings and RCA and Inspection actions as required.
8. **Optional:** Use the Create inspection button to create an inspection record.  
   In the modal,
   * Select Create next scheduled inspection to create the first upcoming inspection.
   * Select Create all scheduled inspection at once to create all scheduled inspections immediately.

## Result

* Based on the duration and the selected frequency of the inspection schedule, inspection records are created one by one on the start date.
* All inspection records for an inspection schedule are generated in its Scheduled inspections tab. These inspection records are also available under InspectionsAll.
* All required fields are copied from the inspection schedule to its inspection records.
* The assigned user receives a notification about the inspection survey. If the inspection format is set as digital, the notification includes the survey link that they can take in the Employee Center or on Now Mobile app.
* The safety agent can also create actions for the survey responses.
