Create a work note or comment in HR Agent Workspace

You can add a work note (private) or comment to an activity.
Before you begin
Role required: sn_hr_core.case_writer
Procedure
Navigate to All > HR Case Management > HR Agent Workspace.
In the Compose section, select Comments (visible to
subject person) or Work notes (not visible to subject person.
Click Post Comments.
Note:
There is also a Comments/Worknotes section at the
bottom, left side of the form. This section is turned off by default, but
can be used to enter text by clicking the accordion icon (). After entering text, click Save.
