Gigs have a single role with one or more vacancies. Gigs and other opportunity types are configured by ServiceNow admins from the Opportunity Type Configuration form.

Gigs refer to temporary jobs that involve well-defined tasks or projects. Gigs are flexible opportunities that can be short-term or long-term employment contracts. Gigs enable companies to find specialized skills or to scale their
workforce according to project demands without committing to long-term resource commitments.
