# View submitted JSAs in the workspace

View all submitted JSAs in Health and Safety Workspace. All JSAs that employees have submitted through the Employee Center or ServiceNow®
Now Mobile app are available to view in the workspace.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_hs_rm.jsa_manager or sn_hs_rm.job_safety_analysis_reader

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllHealth and SafetyHealth and Safety Workspace.
2. Select the risk management icon (![Risk assessment icon]()).
3. Select the JSAs list.
   * For active JSAs, select Active.
   * For all JSAs, including both active and expired, select All.

4. In the list, select the record to view.
