# Upload the add-in file Microsoft Office 365

# Upload the add-in file Microsoft Office 365 {#ariaid-title1}

Upload the manifest file to Microsoft Office 365. Employees can view and use the add-in from Microsoft Office 365 Outlook.

## Before you begin

Note:  
Workplace Reservations made using Microsoft Outlook Add-in application does not support Microsoft Exchange On-Premises.

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1. Log in to the Microsoft Office 365 admin account.
2. Select app launcher and select Admin.
3. In the admin center, go to SettingsServices \& add-ins.
4. Select Deploy Add-in and select Next in the overview page.
5. Select Upload custom apps.
6. Select I have the manifest (.xml) file on this device check box.
7. Select Choose file to select the manifest file that you have created for the add-in.
8. Select Upload.
9. In the Assign users section, select one of the following options to specify whom to deploy the add-in.  
   * Everyone: Select this option to deploy the add-in to everyone.
   * Specific users/groups: Select this option to deploy the add-in to only selected users or user groups. Use the search option to find users or groups to whom you want to deploy the add-in.
   * Just me: Select this option to deploy the add-in only to you.

10. In the Deployment method section, select an option to specify how to deploy the add-in to users.
11. Select Deploy.  
    A green tick appears when the add-in deployment is successful. Follow the instructions provided on the page to test if the add-in deployment is successful.

    The add-in is uploaded to Microsoft Office 365. Employees can view the add-in option and make a workplace reservation while scheduling a meeting.
