Legal Stock Preclearance application keeps you in compliance with your
organization's stock preclearance policy through automation of submission and approvals of
preclearance requests.

Employees of your organization on designation as an access person, such as directors and
executives, must obtain the preclearance approval from the legal department before they can trade
in securities of the organization.
