View workplace service usage analytics with User Experience Analytics
The ServiceNow® User Experience Analytics provides you with qualitative analytics on how the services provided by the Workplace Service Delivery applications are used by the workplace managers, employees, and other workplace users.
User analytics
The User Experience Analytics application provides you with data as to how an employee uses the various services and other actions that you provide them in the Workplace Service Portal. You can understand how an employee experiences and uses those services, such as their behavior and their journey around the portal. You can get an insight about the performance of the application by viewing a real-time analysis through data visualization.
You can log the events and get the analysis by enabling the analytics-related setting either on the Workplace Service Portal level, on the workplace service level, and anywhere throughout Workplace Core.
