# Add related document

# Add a Health and Safety related document {#ariaid-title1}

Add and store documents Health and Safety related documents so that they can be easily and appropriately referenced in related records.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_ohs_im.document_writer

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllHealth and SafetyHealth and Safety Workspace.
2. Select the configuration icon (![Configuration icon]()).
3. In the Configuration tab, select Standards and documents and then All.
4. Select New.  
   To review an existing document, open the one that you want to review.
5. On the form, fill in the fields.  
   For more information on field descriptions, see [Health and Safety document form](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/YLqlwg0LlXx~nsah_yoxaQ "Safety team such as safety agent and contractor coordinator can use the Health and Safety document form to add or modify a safety-related document.").
6. Select Save.

## Result

* The document is listed in the Standards and documents list under Configuration and is saved in the Health and Safety document \[sn_ohs_im_document\] table.
* The document is available to be referenced in Health and Safety records such as Documents tab on the Contractor company form when uploading documents related to the company or its workers.
