An Talent admin can manage Aspirations
that employees create and share.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_egd_core.admin or admin

## About this task

Aspirations are used by employees to identify and track
personal and professional goals. An employee can create a growth plan from an
Aspiration.

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllTalent Development CoreAspirationsAspirations.
2. Select New.
3. Complete the Aspiration New record form.  
   Read details about the different fields in [Talent Aspirations reference](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/4ZJWE_tk9K9moJ7zh7xy_Q "Administrators manage aspirations used by managers and employees.").
4. Select Submit
