Use campaign stages to group your campaign content within a campaign. This process allows you to determine when the content is available to your employees and for how long.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_ca.campaign_manager, sn_cd.content_admin

## About this task

Stages organize and manage the delivery of campaign content. When configuring a stage, you set the stage trigger, which determines when content becomes available and for how long. To learn more about triggers, see [Campaign bundle triggers](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/po2D9BXy1MY4YqznAuz~8w "Define a trigger to make the content in the campaign stage available to employees.").
Note:
Some parts of the interface use the term "bundles" to refer to stages.

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllContent ExperiencesConfigurationsCampaign Stages.
2. Click New.

   | Field | Description |
   |-|-|
   | Title | The name of the campaign bundle. |
   | Campaign | The campaign associated with the campaign bundle. |
   | Trigger type | How the campaign bundle starts or ends. To learn more about triggers, see [Campaign bundle triggers](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/po2D9BXy1MY4YqznAuz~8w "Define a trigger to make the content in the campaign stage available to employees.") |
   | Description | Descriptive information about the campaign bundle. |

3. Right-click the form header and select Save to remain on the Campaign Bundle form.
4. Or, click Submit or Update and return to the Campaign list.

## What to do next

When a campaign is in the Edit state, you can edit the campaign bundles. You can also click Deactivate Bundle to remove the bundle from the campaign. Deactivating removes the content from the campaign, but remains viewable for existing users.

When a campaign is in the
Editing state, you can also add new campaign bundles and
campaign content for matching audiences.
