The ServiceNow®
External Legal Service Center application enables external users to register themselves, submit, view, and track their requests for legal services.
You can also add attachments while submitting a request.  
Note:  
You cannot add attachments to a request when you have external storage configured.

## Overview of submitting a request for a legal service {#lsd-ext-portal-use-landing__cf-using-parent-workflow}

To register yourself and submit a request for legal services, perform the following actions.
