Approve or reject requests from Microsoft Teams

    • Approve or reject requests by using the approval notification in Microsoft Teams.

    Role required: user

    Procedure

    1. Launch the Microsoft Teams application.
    2. Select Activity.
    3. View the list of notifications feeds for the following:
      • Request
      • Change Request
    4. Select a notification to view the details.
      Approve or reject notification
    5. Optional: Select View details to view the complete details of the ticket.
    6. Enter a comment as required.
    7. Select either Approve or Reject to update the request.
